Downloads & purchases
Payments and file downloads are handled by Payhip. If your download is missing, check your Payhip receipt email first — re-download links are usually there.
Before you open a ticket
- Include the product name (SecureX, PhoneOS, …)
- Include your Payhip order email if it’s a delivery issue
- Describe what you already tried / which setup step failed
